Chef Debbie Feld has been bringing fun and feast into kitchens from New York to Chicago since 1989. Trained at the New York Restaurant School at the Art Institude, located in Manhattan and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. she has worked in several upscale restaurants in New York City and East Hampton including Coco Pazzo, La Tulipe and Della Femina. She enjoyed working as a personal chef for the Silberkliet Family (Archie Comics) as well as doing fundraisers in the homes of Calvin Klein and the owners of Western Union.
Moving to Chicago she assisted in opening Coco Pazzo in the downtown Chicago area. She also worked as Sous Chef at Millrose Brewing Company (Barrington). She displayed her talent at 120 Ocean Place (Wheeling) and working as Jenny Jones' personal chef. She has also won several culinary competitions in Vermont and Chicago
She soon realized that working in a profesional kitchen was no longer an option after having a Son in and choosing to stay home conflicted with her kitchen hours. A decision was made, and in 1996, Eats Catering was born. With the success of Eats Catering, it was decided that a name change was in order....in 2008, she changed the name to Cucina Pazza. She then decided to expand the business and add more unique services to delight your taste palate and bring in some fun! Come experience her unique catering and services!
